Okay, so I know just before a serious event you want to mess around to calm yourself for an event, however for an event organiser it is quite frustrating having to talk over people who are shouting, or blowing things up in gta. I personally can't concentrate, I would just like to reduce the distractions during Pre-Race. I would like to gather thoughts on this matter too. What do you guys think to passive being a must once everyone is in the Pre-Race?

I've been thinking on this a lot also and have come to no good resolution to be honest, don't want to punish the many because of the actions of the few. I honestly believe the only way to deal with people being trolls and disrespecting your wishes is some kind of consequence, whether people like it or not this crew works around a hierarchy and that is all there is to it, we're not Nazis but at the end of the day if a requests that you stop messing about in a pre-race lobby then you should respect that or accept the discipline that follows, as for discipline I honestly believe that demotion is the only way, for one I would expect better behaviour from a Lieutenant. I don't want to start punishing people for having fun and I certainly don't want to push away members by looking like a hard-ass all the time, but everyone needs to understand and appreciate the hard work and organisation that goes on behind the scenes to ensure that a fun time is had by all and that events are run smoothly. So please, anyone reading this that knows they could behave better in future, please do because your actions will determine the kind of image and reputation that Impromptu Racing has. Thanks for reading my life story, now behave yourselves you filthy animals!

Yes, I too believe this is an important matter and i guess the only solution is passive mode Passive mode is not the solution here, it only further encourages people to run people over and make them fall off their cars, we can only trust people to act their own age and respect the fact that it's a pre race lobby in which we have car shows, it's not a lobby for destroying other people's cars and further delaying an event due to miss communication, in the future if people can't comply with these rules then they will no loner participate in the Pre - Race lobby and instead will only receive their invite to the race when it has been set up.

that's fine if it's what you want to do for your events Enforcer but it can't be the final say on the matter, I think making sure people stay in passive mode is definitely one way of making sure people behave, doesn't solve the problem entirely but I think it would help get the point across at the very least
